Case complete today .

congratulations, Alex how did you know your case was complete?

NVC received IV package Dec 4, and husband called Dec 12 to confirm if they accept AOS package , and yes they accepted they also said we just wait emails from them

I'm looking at the timeline. what is: packet 3? and packet 4?. I know my wife has to do the medical before the interview, is that one of these packets?

Packet 3 is for K1 visa applicants. Ignore it. Packet 4 is the interview letter.

You don't receive any packet on the medical. You have to download this yourself. Choose your 3 letter embassy code from the drop-down here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3739.html

thank you , i just called them and find out that case was complete , i did not get an email .. NVC will only email you and your husband when interview date is assigned .. so if you want to know if your case complete or not you simply call .. very easy to get someone on the phone at NVC is after 9pm or early in the morning , you will not be on hold for long . Good Luck guys .
