Your visa was denied and they are sending it back to USCIS for notice of intent to deny or revoke. Your petition will most likely expire while there and you will need to file again. But before you file again you will have find out the specific reasons for denial, more than likely they don't believe you have a bona fide relationship. You will need to address the reasons for denial before filing again, or you will just be denied a second time. USCIS will contact you when they have received the petition back, it usually takes several months before they do.

You were found ineligible to receive a visa and the entire casefile is being sent back to USCIS .

Once it's there, it can be revoked or re-affirmed.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Denial, they're returning your petition to USCIS.

Ok, i just don't understand what did it mean by "Please find attached documents for your convenience."..

when i went to the interview i had missing paper i didn't bring with me "I-134", i brought "I-864".. so fiancee sent the paper "I-134" in October and i'm still waiting for it to get it cause they gave me 221 and wanted me to bring them the "I-134"..

It seems they reviewed your case and made the decision to refuse. Sorry to hear that. However, this forum is the best place to get useful advice on what you would need to do to overcome the situation. Even if you file a new petition, you will still need to address the consulate's reasons for denial and persuade them of your sincerity, or it will also likely be denied.

Were you in contact with the embassy and letting them know you were awaiting the correct form? Seems you may have let too much time go by and they just denied you. Now its a waiting game for you for it to go back.

The still have all my pictures and chat logs. will they send them back to me?

They might keep them. I have heard of couples who filed a second petition after denial, and at their second interview they saw the consulate official had their whole file from the first petition.
