OK Guys, just got off the phone with NVC and my case is closed as of yesterday, they received my IV pack on Nov. 27th.

Now lets wait for a Jan. interview. :thumbs:

Congrats! Seems like its 10 business days for case closed, If all goes well I should be in the interview line in a few days. Hoping for a January interview if possible, if not early Feb is just as good.

okay this is it.. i received email from NVC and confused of what is this mean..can someone help me.i sent all required documents with the cover code each package, is this RFE or something?

No need to worry , this is just a FALSE CHECKLIST that everyone gets , they are basically asking you to submit your IV package , i know its there and they have it but most likely still in their mailing room and haven't been reviewed yet . if you read the email again you will find out they did not ask you to send a specific form or document that might be missing or needed , just ignore it and if its gonna make you feel better you can always call NVC to make sure .

I got the same, I'm assuming its a false checklist, since i had submitted my IV packet over a week ago.
