I am not real familiar the chain of command at the embassies but who does the consulates have to answer to. Don't they have a boss somewhere? How do they get their jobs? Can't you go above their heads somehow? Maybe the ones that have had thier petitions sent back can make up a petition and sign it and send it to there congressmen and also to who ever is in charge of the consulates. Just a thought.

I think pinning this topic is an excellent idea. :yes: I read a lot of stories on this website that have a happy ending, but things do not go smoothly for every couple. These couples need to know what their rights are and what needs to be done if they have been treated unfairly. Kiya, I tip my hat off to you for having the guts to stand up and do this. :thumbs:

09-12-2005 Interview completed successfully!!! Alhamdulillah-under "administrative process" for Security clearances & verification from US Embassy Dhaka

11-30-2005 DOS informed Security clearances done & waiting for verification from Dhaka Embassy

03-15-2006 Embassy asked to submit all the evidences again, they will try to issue visa instead of waiting for verification report from Dhaka Embassy

03-20-2006 Submitted all the evidences, Embassy took passport and gave a slip for “passport collection”. They told they will call when all done

04-12-2006 Embassy called VISA is ready, to come Embassy and collect VISA

04-15-2006 Received VISA from Embassy ALHAMDULILLAH RABBIL ALAMIN

06-11-2006 Arrived in USA thru Tampa international airport FL

07-01-2006 Received Welcome letter

07-10-2006 Received SSN & another Welcome letter

07-11-2006 Received 2 years Green Card

08-25-2006 Got a Government Job

My Fiance was given g-221 April 2005 asking for joint sponsor, i sent them the i-134, July 2005 they sent my i 1239f back to DHS for review and possible revokation.

saying the consular officer has too many questions and qonserns regarding the relathionship, untill today i dont have a unswer.

I just wrote to Senator Diane Fenstein i will see if she can help.
