Still not sure of the home it should have...it could happen to anyone and newbies would have no idea about this issue especally in regards to Morocco.

This is just a thought, and maybe no one else will want to do this, but what are the chances that everyone here going through Casa that had their petitions sent back to the CIS without a resonable explanation would want to send a copy of their 221(g) in one letter to Maura Harty? This way she could see that many people have them sent back without a reasonable explanation as to why, thus sparking an investigation of Morocco.

Whats your thoughts ladies?

Ok... I am all for this if it will help... but I have a silly question... WHO exactly is Maura Harty?

not a silly question at all. Maura Harty is pretty much the head of all consulates. The problem we all have is that we have a valid complaint but the consulates are pretty much untouchable. In order for this to work we need volume to really have an impact. I am terrified that if I go this alone then we will be singled out for punishment and nothing will be accomplished. With volume it will look a little suspicious if all of us get a final denial. I think if we could get at least 5 221g letters to send within the past year from 1 consulate with no explanation as to why it was sent back then we might have some good ammunition.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

Updating yet again...found more supporters from my "spamming" :innocent:

AJEEB, SHOKRAN!!! :D

I'm really starting to wonder about the waiver forum being the right place to pin this...36 views and 0 replies. At any rate I am drafting another email to Captain Ewok asking for the pin. I want to include all the government guidelines, FAM material, articles from attorneys, etc...and I want it to be clean and easy to sort through.

Blajmeel dixie_peach. Insh'allah you will be fine going through Casa. I only wish to help myself and others going through this issue...maybe we can prevent it happening or at least prepare others for this in the future.

There is also another VJ member going through Casa on a K1 I have been in contact with, she doesn't post much...interview March 7th. I will post her results when she calls me after the interview, she is in Morocco right now.
