It is not as easy to look in the guide section. I can and have already done that.

When do you file what? All together? One thing at a time? If you can not answer a question, fair enough...but don't give the oblivious and obvious answer.

So you need the I-130 for a spouse, and I-485 adjustment of status.

Go to the guide on this site, look at the forms while you look at the guide and it helps you fill them out and arrange your package. :)

Same that i said, fill in your time line, complete the forms called for in the AOS, and mail in the correct amount. See the form examples box for the forms you need. After you read the forms, examples and additional information post a specific question. You you need more assistance than DIY you might see an attorney.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Yipes! Incorrect answers so far. OP - Follow this guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

Yes, you file them all at the same time. It is called a I-130/I-485 CONCURRENT filing. There are other forms though (lots of them). Spend some time familiarizing yourself with that, and then come back with some questions. If it still seems too hard, you can get a lawyer.
