My fiance emailed me that he received 797 hard copy on mail i believed it is our NOA2, so to confirm it i checked our case status at uscis.gov and here it is:

Post Decision Activity

On August 28, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

and it is confirmed that's our NOA2 yay! :dance: :dance: :dance: so happy right now and in tears GOD is really good he answered our prayer of a smooth and speedy process. Thanks Lord GOD! and thanks to all vj members here who helped us through the preparation of our petition and now we have NOA2! Thanks to everyone here for all the inputs and encouragement, thank you CSC as well oh GOD that is so fast! Now on the next step, now that my fiance received the NOA2 hard copy on mail what are we going to do? Do we need to call NVC or just wait for the US consulate in Manila for instructions? Thanks all! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
