I hope so too... There is even one November filer who got approved just recently even without expediting their petition... Guess they are lucky...

Maybe Military. Theirs get approved early from what I have seen; but, I would not want to trade places with them. They get to be together earlier, only to be separated again? I do not know if I can take that... this is bad enough as it is. I miss my baby... I have been away 4 months and the days are dragging... Will be back in the islands in two weeks, hopefully our NOA2 will come then so I can be with him at the medical & the interview. Never knew that being apart can be so difficult.

NOA1- Aug. 6th... Hoping to hear something this month!

Me too! aug 9( NOA1 ), hope to hear good news this 1st month of the year.I woke up early in the morning, 1st day of 2013, i had a nice exciting feeling,.. oh my, i'm getting married this year! Very exciting year!! Good luck to us! Congratulations in advance! I pray that the processing speed up this year. Happy New Year VJers!!!!! :yes:

I feel your pain exactly and I know how hard it's to be away from the person you love more than anyone in your life as for me he is my only hope and love. I can't imagine being away from him another second once he comes over but I guess it's all about our luck that when are we gone be together again. Been 7 months that I'm away from him and this hurts me so bad and I miss him a lot. Let's pray and hope for everyone. :)

One August filer got approved! They got NOA1 on Aug. 2 and their NOA2 is Jan. 15....

Hope they keep approving August filers....

When TWO HEARTS are meant for each other, NO DISTANCE is TOO FAR... NO TIME is TOO LONG... and NO OTHER LOVE can BREAK THEM APART...

I have now officially hit the 5 month marker--153 days now since I received my NOA1 on 22nd August 2012. It is strange because so far, I knew that the average processing time is about 5 months, but now I have actually hit that 5 month marker, I feel slightly scared and worried for some reason. Please, Go Vermont Go.

We received our NOA1 on August 16. I called the office on Thursday jan 17 as we had reached the 5 month mark, and they said that the California office is currently processing July 17th application dates, so they are about a month behind. Hopefully not too much longer!

Just checked timeline now, somebody with NOA1 date of August 1st got approved on Jan.25

Hey looking at IGORS list there is an August Filer that has been approved in about 5 months! Maybe they are getting on track now?
