I-751 Aug 2012 filers. I got the reminder letter from USCIS on Aug 3, 2012. My packet has to go out on Aug 21. Came in here to find the topic, didn't see it, so I created anew.

I did not know USCIS send out reminding letter for ROC. Actually, on the paper I got at the interview for the Green Card, is clearly states that I will not receive any other reminder to file for ROC and that that letter was my only reminder. Funny!

Boy, how time flies. Can't believe it's been 2 years already. Our I - 751 packet is going out soon. Our 90-day window opened last week so we're doing the best we can to get everything together asap. We have a good amount of evidence, so we are not going to bother with the affadavits, which would delay our packet much longer. Btw, we also read that there would be no reminder, but to our surprise, we received one from Homeland Security about 3 weeks ago. Anyway, good luck to us all for smooth and speedy approvals.

We sent our package on Saturday, they should receive it today. We have had so much going on so we are sending this last minute (green card expires on the 17th). Praying for a fast process.

I also received the reminder letter sometime in July. My window opened 8/1/12 and I sent out my package on Saturday. It should be delivered today.

Hello,we are sending our package this week too!Add me to on the list.

I don't know if we need affadavits,i am kind of embaressed to ask from peoples.

Till now our package contains:

Joint federal and state taxes transcripts 2010 and 2011.

Joint car insurance,both cars.

Joint health insurance(i also added a quiqstament from our previous dentist,with our both appoinments,a huge bill from my current dentist,my husband payed the huge bill,also our office visit to our family doctor)is it ok the last ones?our they don't need to be added?

Family phone plan ,i added some bills from 2011 and last bill from 2012(i don't think i need to send all the bills right)

Joint bank account(i added a letter from the bank and a statement from couple of months ago)

Visa credit cards bills with my husband paying for my school(added some from 2010 and 2011).

Visa credit card statemnt for skype(we were calling my family and friends on their phone through skype)

Plain tickets,car rental and hotel receipts from a few trips.

Photos from weddings partys,and every day life.(Is it ok if i added to some photos the invitation and thank you card to that event?)

Christmas cards,events,anniversary from 2010 and 2011(i added like 10 of each)

Paypal shopping(for example my husband surprise party,or his gifts for my birthdays and christmas).Is that ok to add those?i mean if they see a bill on my husband's name for shoes it's abvious for me.

I'm i forgetting anything?

We don't have utility bills on my name,there is no point to add my name,just to show my name there.

We don't have joint credit cards.I know i have to build credit,but if i don't have enough money for something,for grocery for example isn't a little bit akward to get money from the bank and return them,instead of asking my husband money for grocery?

Now i have a lot of questions:

1.Do i need to add also the annual street listening from the city hall?I have that too.

2.What about the W2 form?

3.Do i need to add also my home ocupantion certificate and bussines certificate?I don't have a bussines license and i do not have any income from this since i have those 2 only to build my portofolio.In the future i will get a bussines license.

4.We took some other trips weekends but from those we don't have hotel receipts since we stayed over friends and family,and to some of them we don't have photos.It's ok if i add also some photos and credit card bills showing that we purchased something in the city we went?

I have joint federal and state taxes for 2010&2011.We don't have apt lease,we have our own house,but not both names,my husband bought it couple of years before we met.

About the joint bank statement do i have to sent all the months?

3 weeks ago, I received reminder letter too.

Its odd that I updated my address early this year and they sent the reminder at the old address. Luckily, USPS still forwarded the mail to our new address.

We will be sending our packet early next week.
