the reason for this is lack of boni fide relationship

What proofs did you show? How many visits did you have? How long have you been together? Is there a large age difference?

The more you tell us about your case the more we can help you

Good luck

That seems a bit odd and leaves to much discretion to the person processing the petition. Have you any idea if there was something that raised a red flag to them that the marriage may just be a pretext for immigration purposes. I am new to this so I hope others will chime in and enlighten. If you marry there, how can they claim the relationsip is not real?

i the only proof that i did have was chat record. otherwise i sent photo email, phone record, flight tickets and entry visa on my passport. the thing is that i was only known by her mom and one cousin in her family, and there were no proof of the two families together in a fiancee ceremony; like the dowry.

Did your fiancee bring any evidence that she could gather on her own (besides the ones that you sent to her) to the interview? Was she able to answer confidently questions the Consular Officer asked her regarding you and the relationship? Was she nervous and scared anything that could appears suspicious to the Consular Officer?

What happened during investigative visit? In this case, my fiancee could have showed them a photo album i mailed her, photos of my son, a card to her and her grandmother, photos with me and her mother and little brother, and my photos and text messages on her cell phone... She could have opened skype on her pc and shown log in real time. Did she do something like this or have nothing to offer?

Getting married doesn't prove that a relationship is real. That's why you have to show proof of a Bonafide relationship.

And yes everything we present in this process when it comes down to our case at embassy and that CO getting assigned your case is totally left to their discretion. That's why its vital to provide everything you can to paint that picture of a real relationship.

i want to know what are my option ones the k1 visa is denied

Okay to the OP this is very frustrating I know for you. Ask about options. Well your options all depend on why you were denied. Because those are the things you need to address.

It seems highly unusual to have the one but two field investigations. Have you talked to your fiancee' about maybe past petitions filed in her behalf?

What of your red flags? Do you have any? Did you address them and have ample evidence to knock those out?

Without knowing exactly why you were denied especially after 8 months AP and 2 home visits, its hard to say what you should do. I mean if you contacted embassy and requested another interview what would you present? You could contact your state congress person, representative or senator to see if they can get you some info.

But fact is you need specifics why beyond the lack of evidence of Bona Fide relationship. It does seem like a lot of things may have got left out for evidence.

What questions was she asked at interview? And was she able to answer them all.
