this game is going to be massive. they were showing the preview today down at the pub and you had to see the crowd it was crazy. not sure whats gonna happen game day but I am gonna be down at cricketers arms pub. you guys can join me there, it is INSANE there when futbol is on :dance:

Italy won only one of the three matches in the group stage and that was the match against Ireland. When will the destroying start?

Italy are famous for their slow starts but they are bringing their best game at the right time now that its crunch time

and right now they are going to dominate the midfield of the english just watch.

I could believe the OPTA stats that the Greeks only had 18% of the possession in the first half. How did the Germans only score the once?

At least the second half sounds like it was a bit livelier.

Well, it wasn't for a lack of opportunity in the first half. They just didn't bring it home then. Until Lahm put the first one in. Greece had 18% possession? Looked like a lot less to me. :P

However unlikely it might be, England have always had the ability to surprise even their most enduring supporters.

And the chance to face Germany (yet again) may be a big enough driver for Stevie G and the lads. We shall see.
