You are fine so relax. The envelope is always kept at the POE and will go on file with your district office. Glad to hear that your fiance in now in the states.

Mary

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

I guess we will just need to reaquire all the documents that they kept... this has got to be the most frustrating thing I have had to go through.. at every turn it has been a strugle... but thank god she is with me right now.. we just had our first dinner together and our love is a great way to end a wonderful meal... Thak you all again

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I'm so confused.....

Was she coming for a visit, and you two are getting ready to file, and she was carrying papers to put in with the I-129F petition, and an officer confiscated those?

Or was she coming in on her K-1? If she was, then they are supposed to keep that packet and you are fine.
