I haven't seen a topic for people like my husband and I, we filed in December and were transferred to CSC in January. Did anyone else transfer in January? I just want to look at some of your timelines and see what's up because it look incredibly slow. I had no idea going to CSC was going to be such a death sentence to our progress!!

I would like to say that many do get approved w/o a interview, while at the CSC.......... however, it's not always the case.

My husband was transferred to CSC (you can see our timeline) and he stayed there for 10 months, then transferred back to our local office, then waited some more, then got the AOS interview letter, waited another three months with no response if we were approved or denied of our AOS. April of 2012, we got a welcome letter to the USA and Green Card was in production.

So a interview is always possible.... no speedy process either as it stated in our letter as sooooooooo many others waiting these days.

Yeah wow we got a great reply from them. We waited our 180 days, contacted them, (they were super rude btw) and now 11 business days later:

The status of this service request is:

Thank you for your inquiry. We will pull your file for review. You should receive a follow up notice within 45 days indicating the result of our review.

Really? 45 days? If he doesn't GET his greencard in 45 days I will be mad beyond belief. Thanks for nothing USCIS.

Aw man, I hope it's a trend!!

Hm.. I was looking at the CSC processing times (which they supposedly update around the 15th of the month- they did not), but then I realized they only list:

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status Employment-based adjustment applications

Employment-based adjustment applications

Last processed: January 14, 2011

What? Why don't they have the family-based listed?

Even on "Check Processing times" they don't?

Am I dumb....
