I'm probably the last to get approved. Better late than never, right? I had a very short interview and was approved right after :P Took almost a year from NOA1.

12/13/2011: I-130 and I-485 sent to Chicago Lockbox

12/14/2011: Packet received

12/17/2011: Checks cleared

12/19/2011: Hard copy of NOAs for I-130 and I-485 received

12/29/2011: Biometrics appointment received (01/25/2012)

01/04/2012: Transfer Notice (CSC) for both I-130 and I-485

01/09/2012: Touched

01/25/2012: Biometrics. Done!

03/29/2012: Touched

10/29/2012: Touched

11/10/2012: NOA-Interview letter for Dec 3rd 2012

12/3/2012: Interview at 9:00 AM. Received approval email at 5:45 PM.

It almost took 12 months (351 days) but I'm glad it's over.

congrats on getting your AOS approved

but i think i have you beat in the last person bit

me and my wife filled dec 2011 and still get initial review on the status of our case no interview or anything

the funny thing is we sent in a service request and where told to wait 4 months in a standard form letter then after the 4 months we call again and are told that we can submit another service request so we do and then get another form letter telling us to wait another six months to then have to call back

we have contacted our senator at this point and hope that he can help us move things along

wish us luck

Oh my goodness. I thought the race ended with me.

Hang in there, it sure is very tough just being stuck in limbo. I found this process to be very stressful.

I hope everything works out for you. Good luck.
