Well here goes guys.We have our interview in about one month.I just wanted some input about our chances of approval and if anyone sees red flags.I am 55 my fiancee is 35 We have been together about year and 3 months, she has a college degree,I make twice the required income,I have been to see her 3 times and all three times we went and did fun stuff and took pictures,I have never had any problems with the law or tax problems. I have helped support her while she has been helping her mother for about 7 months.I have all those wire transfers my phone records. She has never been married and has no children. I have eamils to send all my boarding passes and hotel reciepts and credit card receipts from restaurants etc. I proposed to her in July and gave her an engagement ring. I wont mention the mandatory things I have as in employment letters etc.I love her and she love me and this is the hardest part of the journey knowing someones judgement may wreck our lives. Thanks for your input and patience

I'm not sure you should include these wire transfers, but maybe someone with fiancee from Mexico can chime in.

If she was your wife I am sure the wire transfers wouldn't be a problem. It can make a difference,a bad one, at some consulates for the visa interview. If you have plenty of evidences regarding a bona fide relationship the money transfer won't hurt you case, but if don't have many evidences then the money transfers are more likely to hurt your case.

We included our wire xfers and were never advised not to by the attorney handling our case. My fiancee stopped working so she could learn English she had no other means of money.

I see No Problems what-so-ever.

No Criminal Records. NOA2 in Hand. Fees Paid.

She is also educated. (Have Proof but still not needed) Beneficiaries have brought Certificates of Education to interviews.

Over Poverty Guildlines.

Age Difference? I don't see a problem.

The money tranfers? I see no need to include them but I would supply her with copies anyway.

You Look Good to Go.

What are our chances of approval?

it looks like your chances are about the same as the majority of K-1 visa petitioners.

:time: Help the VJ forum continue to provide good information and statistics.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Chances of approval who knows. You look good alright. There's nothing unusual in your case red flags I see none. You are the USC the male and older. You support your wife financially no issue really I don't see. What say you Mexican embassy folk.

I do not think she should have any problem at the interview, especially if she has all the required documents. I would have her take the money transfer receipts, but only offer to show them if they directly ask her for more relationship evidence. Showing a few emails, chat and phone logs from over the time span of your relationship, along with the boarding passes, receipts and pictures together should be plenty. If you have photos with her that include some of her friends and family from some of your visits there, then have her take those along. your chances are really good.i wish if a have what you have.with all what you provide.the visa is going to be handled to your fiancee.

but..maybe not.

and that depends on your fiancee's personality front of the consular during the interview.

she has to show them that you guys are serious and love each other.

strong personality is important in these situations.

shes not going to the embassy asking for visa,

shes going to get her visa.

good luck

Sounds like you are the USC in this, and someone please feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but I dont see an issue with showing the wire transfers. Its not like they will think you are paying her off for HER visa. Maybe if it were the other way around, I would think it might be a red flag......I dont know, just saying

ANyways, everything sounds as good as a real solid relationship can sound. Tell her to be confident and honest !!! She will come out with flying colors :goofy:
