Ahmed had his interview this morning in Tunisia and he was approved. He had an appointment at 10:00am, but there were so many interviews, that they moved it to 2:00pm. At 2:14(10:14 am for me), I received the best phone call of my life from him that he was approved. He will go back on March 28 to pick up his passport and visa!!! We are so excited and I know I have been smiling all day long. I want to thank everybody on here who helped on this journey.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

How did you find out he is now in AP?

I thought he was picking it up the 28th???

I am sorry for the AP

He went to the embassy as he was told to do at his interview and was told then on March 28. I called already and they said that they are reviewing the forms. They also said that there are a lot of cases at the embassy right now and it could be several weeks before he gets his visa. We knew this could happen, but when they told him he was approved and kept his passport and said come back for the visa , we thought all was good.

We just have to stay positive and faith that this be done soon. Thank you for your support.
