I already mail my I-129F. But never make any separate letter for declaration of meeting in person in a separate paper? Because I already answer it on that line (question#18) would it be a problem if I didn't make that separate attachment for question#18?

Anyhow I included all the evidence such as boarding past and passport stamps.

As long as you answered it and have evidence to show that you two have met it will not be an issue. Most of the people use additional attachment, as there is no room to put the explanation.

Well it is really depends how deep you went into explaining it. My attachment was about a page longed in the typed format.

This is quite true for USCIS, but for difficult consulates, it's wise (if not almost mandatory) to include an appended statement. (USCIS passes to the consulate everything that you send, and many if not most consuls "make up their minds" about visa issuance or refusal BEFORE the interview.)

Vietnam and China are probably two such countries (visa applicants there can comment), and it wouldn't hurt to include one for Ecuador, certainly.

I have plenty of times me and my fiancee have met that I can refer to, however, i'm just wondering did those who have done this fill it out in a formal dates and bullet points kind of way, or almost tell it as a romantic story

I want to go into as much detail as needed, but don't want it to be a soppy blurb if that's not what they want!

Hey Tony!

Here's an example: "We met online in 2009, through some friends. I then went to [select the Country that applies] to visit her and her family. We continued with our long distance relationship until I proposed in [date]"

They don't want the novel and romantic story They want facts to establish you've seen each other face to face withing the last 2 years; which is one of the requirements to apply for this type of visa.
