UNFAIR TREATMENT

My account "PD is Current" is banned. I can no longer post here.

I have done nothing wrong.

I more than contribute to all you F2A fellows in terms of organizing the F2A Watch List, that was MY idea!

And the ever popular prediction thread....

I request my account pdcurrent to be released from ban ASAP.

This forum is moderated by a bunch of dictators.

I do believe that you offer very much needed advise and organization. Have you communicated with them to see how this can be dealt with better? we would like to have you continue to lead and participate.

Its the moderators discretion,...

That's why it pays to be very courteous at everyone here,

besides, all we can do is support eachother here,

coz we are often time at the same boat...

Good luck... (But calling the moderators dictators,..? Well, good luck sir,..)

What do you think guys about May 2012.?? Im thinking they gonna jump to 2010 pds.any idea??

My guess would be 1 or 8 December 2009, but I'd love to see the VB jumping into January 2010. The April bulletin was such a nice surprise, and I hope this trend continues.

8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

Steve, I suspect that the majority of the 2010 filers are still waiting for their visas despite the fact that their priority dates were once current. I've been reading this forum since September 2009, and I don't remember a single 2010 F2A filer that actually got a visa in 2010. They were probably all stuck in USCIS at the time, and unless many of them have naturalized by now, they will still be in the queue ahead of us.

Ricardo is correct pd is current, you could have articulated your frustrations (we all have that with this process) in a different fashion rather than the expletives.. rule of thumb! when you drink - never ever drive a car and never comment on the internet! not that i am saying you did!!!... just an obscure thought :-)
