Hi all,

I got the e-mail today form USCIS that we are in post decision activity because the I-129F has been approved!

Now I am waiting to get the hard copy with instructions about what to do next.

From what I've heard just keep adding to your evidence file so you'll have new proof of ongoing legitimate relationship when he goes into his interview. I've also heard that if you can be in Casablanca with him during the interview that's helpful--even though it's incredibly rare for them to actually let you in, it says a lot about the relationship that you're there with him through it. And try not to stress... as a legit couple you should have no problems because your natural curiosity about each other over the course of your relationship has likely given you the opportunity to get to know each other pretty well. Congrats and best of luck!!

Congrats,

This normally means that USCIS and Homeland Security have finished with the paperwork and are forwarding to the National Visa Center. Next you should wait for the NOA2 approval notice along with starting to prepare for the Packet 3. I recommend he gets all his documents once the appointment is scheduled as documents in Morocco are only valid for 90 days. Start working on the getting all your supporting documents. Any documents you have submitted to date, he has to have with him for the interview.

Good luck,

Congratulations on the approval. Have alot of evidence - even if they dont ask for it, its better to have it than regret later. Confidence is everything. Almost there be confident and be ready.
