YAYYYYYYYYY---Approved!!!

Spent all night writing a detailed letter to congressmen of Georgia for his intervention, just woke up at 9:49 a.m. and there it was 2 text on my phone informing me that the status of the case has been updated.

Went online and saw both cases : I-130 and I-129 F approved.

I-130 ---212 days

I-129F--196 days.

What a relief--WHEW!!!!!1

Now, I know once they send the cases to NVC, the I-129F is administratively closed or are they gonna ask me first.

Should I ask my wife to get her Police certificate done ASAP!!!

Some advice would be more than appreciated.

To folks who are waiting, don't loose hope I have waited for almost seven months!

God bless VJ and its members for helping me get through this ordeal!

That is very encouraging for the rest of us that CSC are actually ahead of their published timings. Then again, who knows.

Congrats to you though .

Congratulations!

Congratulation.

Just have a question, i filled mine around the same time.. Did you do anything different to make the process faster?

No. I just kept waiting and waiting and followed timelines of different folks who have the same priority dates. I must admit that this morning I was gonna mail the request letter to my congressman that I have drafted the previous night and when I checked my phone I had 2 text messages from USCIS informing of the case updates. I am just glad and happy and thank all mighty Allah for making it happen for me.

Now I don't wanna think about this for a week before I jump on the NVC train ;). Infact, I am heading to Miami to visit my Uncle over a weekend.
