Yep it's me again...

My fiancé sees me (beneficiary) all the time should I just say that " my fiancé drives to my house with our daughter and stays for a month at a time?"

Yeah.... Not really sure what to put?

Or should I use a time with a reasoning.. Like I went down for our daughters birthday or spent my birthday there?? Hmmm.....

does it actually say circumstances or is that you inserting that word? I don't remember.

They just want an idea of the truth so they can get your commitment to the facts. This way, when cases involve fraud they can continue

to poke holes in the story. I just wrote about 3-4 sentences... we met online... and then described how we physically met for the first time.

It was a short paragraph.

Don't make it hard. Just the facts. They don't have time for a love story.

I think it'd be best to write about how you two met. Like did you meet him through a friend, or on a social networking website (Facebook, MySpace etc), how long you dated before you decided to get married etc. Basically talk about the circumstances regarding the first meeting and how you decided to be a couple etc.

It does say circumstances... That's where I'm getting confused.... I was trying to go for short and sweet maybe 3 or 4 sentences like you said just stating how we met first then how I travel down there often to visit with baby and had baby down there perhaps?

jade.. i wrote like 3 small paragraphs..

first as to how we first were introduced to each other online ).. then how/when first visit was planned .. and when/how we met face to face for first time.. (dates included in all paragraphs..

I think that skiptex has the idea. I know that I probably got too wordy, I wrote about a page worth of how we met. Keep it short and to the point.

They DO NOT want to know how you first met. They want to know when/where you met in order to meet the requirement of having met in person within 2 years of filing the petition. Its not necessarily the first time you met (which could have been more than 2 years prior to fling).

They are also not asking how you met (through a friend, online, or whatever). No need to explain your love affair or anything more than the meeting you are using to meet the 2 year requirement.

None of this is being asked. Just the circumstances of meeting in person within 2 years of filing the petition should be briefly explained.

For example: I flew to the Philippines on XX date returning to the US on XX date. I spent my entire time in the Philippines in the company of my fiancee and her family. That's it - nothing more.

They'll want more detail at your interview. For now all you're doing is applying for permission to file for a visa. I would mention that you have a child together.

Okok so not focusing how how we first met which was almost 4 years ago. Maybe mention how we initially met but then describe circumstances where we have been together in the last two years....

I have found, when filling out government forms, stick to the KISS method; Keep It Simple Stupid. Meaning, don't read too much into the questions and keep the answers brief and to the point.
