Just got this update last night wanted to share it with you guys, looks like CSC is working on September ,although am suppose to hear something good from them by now, looking at the timelines, there is a call for optimism for all September filers. - Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

-October 19,2011 NOA1
-Feb.27,2012 NOA2 approval (131 days from NOA1)
-March 7,2012 The Petition Forwarded to Consulates:)
-March 23,2012 Packet 3 and 4 Received.
-April 3,2012 Visa Approved
-April 20,2012 VISA in my Hand.Yey. smile.pngsmile.png
-April 25,2012 My Flight and My POE is JFK
-August 03,2012 AOS filed
-August 28,2012 RFE
-September 05,2012 RFE sent and They received it on Sept.13th
-October 10,2012 EAD approved
-October 18,2012 EAD card in the mail.Yey

-September 6,2013 Green card APPROVED!!!!

Great news maybe after the approve September they will come back and approve more August applications.I filed on August 22 and havent heard anything.I know a few people who also filed in the first week of August and are still waiting as well.Hopefully we hear something before Presidents day.

This is exciting stuff!!! I know we still have a long ways to go but seeing movement by CSC always makes my day better :dance: :dance:

August 25th, 2011 - Met in person

September 20, 2011 - I-129F sent

September 26, 2011 - NOA1

February 13, 2012 - NOA2

June 18, 2012 - Interview - Approved!

My receipt date is August 11, 2011 for K-3 and July 26th, 2011 for I-130 and haven't heard anything from CSC on both case.

Looked again today at a dozen random WACxxxx's at CSC from early June, and unless they're simply not updating the USCIS website, they are all still in "Initial Review".

Ours is now 201 days and there hasn't been a touch. All we can do is wait :pop:

It looks like is mostly K-1 that they are approving.
