Hey,

I'm thinking forward to the AOS.

I see in alot of the forms for the AOS that they require an I-94 number.

I have never gotten one of these.

I have completed ESTA, my POE has always been Dublin (which IS a POE, before people start doubting me).

So, if I have never/will never recieve(d) an I-94 is 'N/A' acceptable to put in the space provided?

You will get a I-94 when you arrive on your K-1 visa. ESTA rule won't apply anymore as you will not be entering on the VWP.

Yep the I94 / VISA will have a number, then your A# when you apply for AOS.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

This is a bit off topic...I didn't even know about I-94 until I found this site.

Thank goodness! For as soon as I got onto the plane heading for the US

on my K1 visa, I asked for one.

No need, they will give you one at your POE. They will put it in your passport.

You will get the I-94 when you enter the US on your K1 visa. According to your timeline you have not entered the US using this visa type.

Oh wait - never mind - that's some story line for a screen play I finished last weekend.

When you hit a POE utilising a K-1 visa, you'll be given an I-94.

Typically they hand them out on the plane for you to fill out and have ready for customs when you land. If not, they have them there at customs to fill out. It is a long rectangular white postcard type form. It looks like this: http://blog.htp-usa.com/files/2011/11/I-941.jpg

The smaller bottom portion where the number and some of your info is repeated is the part that will be stapled into your passport.
