I was informed today that my processing time for Spain in the California visa center is now up to over 6.5 months, with no ROE, NOTHING, no explanation as to why, just more time is needed and that's it, any others in this same boat...waiting for over 5 months and no notice of anything???

11/14/2014 - RFE Received

01/09/2015 - Response to RFE with 70 pages of proof :)

01/26/2015 - APPROVED FINALLY!!!!

I have been waiting for 6 months tomorrow and nothing yet. Someone said their processing time was at 7 months. Ill keep waiting i guess... :help:

April 2008- Met in person at Friday's Restaurant for dinner

July 2008 - Dating

Nov 2008 - He proposed!

July 25th 2009 - I do! Best day of my life

USCIS

July 26th 2011 - USCIS received I-130 ( I hate that we waited a long time, i guess at least we wont have to remove conditions)

Feb 8th 2012 - APPROVED!!! (197 Days or 6 1/2 months from NOA1)

NVC

Feb 21st 2012- Assign case number (13 days from approval)

March 9th 2012-Packet IV sent to NVC

March 14th 2012-NVC closed my case in 3 DAYS!!! Waiting for interview date = Nerve wrecking

Consulate

March 16th 2012-Biometrics Appointment

May 17th 2012-Interview day!!!

May 18th 2012-Will see my family again after more than 10 years...

There are several posts on the forums speaking about the recent glacial pace of output from the CSC. Hey, it's the government....explanations are often not forthcoming. Join the party, there are many of us in the same boat. :blink:

You think getting a lawyer would help at all, my husband has to start school in July, maybe we can apply for a student visa and get some information that way? Any suggestions.

i-130 : For me, it's 5 months Now & Still no NOA2 - Called USCIS, said to wait 90 more days! I-130 NOA2 = 8 Months waiting period?

My case is at CSC, yesterday was my 5 months wait.

I called yesterday and that is what they told me: Wait 90 more days

Is this seriously what it has come to now? 8 months for NOA2?

The has to be the pinnacle of USCIS's flawed system :ranting:

Do they not have SHAME! ? :o

I waited my NOA2 for over six months, and it came last week. I hope yours will get approved soon.

I had to wait for 7 months for NOA2 with CSC. My NOA1 was June 8, 2011 and I got NOA2 on Jan 6, 2012. I thought CSC is just over loaded.

03/04/2010: Getting married

06/06/2011: Submit I-130. Case is at CSC

06/08/2011: NOA1

01/06/2012: NOA2

01/23/2012: Case number assigned

01/26/2012: AOS Bill and IV Bill invoiced

05/10/2012: Paid AOS and IV fees

08/20/2012: Sent AOS and IV packets

OMG!!!! 90 days? what is going on with the uscis?!! i have a friend who filed on july 6 and she got her noa2 last dec 17!!!

for me, it's been 6months and 6days now...so sad... =(

:( we are in the same boat! My husband and I apply August 1st, and no NOA2 yet... and my process will be in Madrid too ... I am so sad.
