My Congressman's office is Inquiring. Big Deal The woman there doesn't care unless you're Mexican!!!! WHY?

I don't normally start my own posts on VJ but I thought that the 200th day deserved its own thread!!

The good news is they received our second RFE today so I'm cautiously optimistic that like some of our fellow VJs the elusive NOA2 will follow shortly.

I hope to be posting my own "Approved" message very soon. Fingers crossed!

Wow that is a really long time to wait. I hope that you are right and you get your Noa2 right after they receive your RFE.

You are a poster child for why they should go by sent (postmark) date for all steps in the process. Those waiting longest should always be processed first. If they get RFE'd, they should go to the head of the line once the RFE is returned. If I didn't love my job, I'd be tempted to apply to head CSC and kick some B***!!! (Not that I'm qualified or that they would take me!).

Actually we posted back our RFE on 5 July but they didn't acknowledge it until 10 August. My fiance lives about 40 miles from CSC. As far as we know we did nothing wrong but it obviously got misplaced for 5 weeks - probably caught up with general correspondence.
