Does anybody know why I129F;s filed at TSC Texas are taking so long compared to VSC and CSC. please post your comments.

I called USCIS yesterday and they told me to allow them additional 18 days to complete it. I don't know what to do. I am about to contact my congressman or the FL senator to call to expedite. Any advise?

TSC does not process I-129F petitions.

They are an intake center and they sort the petitions out to VSC and CSC.

Also note :

EAC = VSC

WAC = CSC

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

And I would add that you sent your petition to the Texas lockbox (like everybody), not the Texas Service Center. You can know at which service center your petition is being processed on your NOA1 form, it's written at the bottom left of it.

I see you already correct it on your timeline. You can also do it on your profile page so your right service center also appears when you post on the forums. :)

Hang in there. We got our NOA2 last week.

(I know that it feels like a slap in the face to see other folks bragging about how easy it was and they filed in September and they are already here and married and...)
