EAD card production ordered on the 6th. EAD only though, what's up with the AP?

I think they are both on the same card now. It should say on the bottom that it is also good for travel.

My husband didn't earn enough so i have my father in-law as co-sponsor. Although my co sponsor filled out the form I-864 and submitted his tax document, my husband still has to submit his tax document and I-864. But the thing is he didn't have tax document (his income below $7,000) and he had to write a letter to explain. He didn't do that and i sent my AOS package without it. I was nervous and thought that they would send me a RFE. I sent the package on 11th Jan, it got there on 13th. They sent emails and messages to my phone to notify.

I was waiting for RFE but yesterday i checked my case status on USCIS website and it showed that they approved my Advance parole control on the 6th Mar, working permit on 12th Mar and i will receive the card in 7 days. I woke up this morning and the card is in my mail box. Its a combo card, both AP and working permit. Im still worried about my green card, no information about interview appointment yet. My co-sponsor only sent my his tax return 2010, and my husband didn't have tax doc or explanation letter. Why did they still approve my AP and working permit without those lacking document? do they proceed those applications at different places?

My AP and EAD were approved the same day, and I was assuming that I would get a combo AP/EAD card. I just got the EAD yesterday, though, and it says "not valid for reentry to US" on it. I haven't received any paper notification that the AP was approved, either.

I kind of wasn't expecting them to bother processing the EAD and AP because my interview is tomorrow, but I guess they're not that coordinated. Wish me luck for the interview!

EAD/AP APPROVED!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: I can't believe I'm gonna be able to do normal stuff like everybody else, work and help my household, it was driving me crazy but thank God it came today the approval!! Does anyone knows how long it takes to receive it in the mail? I am just so happy right now, husband is happy, life is good!!!! Good luck to everyone else waiting, your time will come!
