Then you hurry up and go to the biometrics place and get them done before they close your case claiming you abandoned it.

You don't miss it, or you call to reschedule if you absolutely cannot keep the one they originally scheduled for you....it states specifically on the form that if you don't keep the appointment your case will "be considered abandoned". Do what Inky says and get there ASAP.

I didnt abandoned it.. The notice was sent back as undeliverable.. I been so worried for about almost 3weeks now cause they told me that i need to wait 30 days for it to be sent back to me :-(

OK, then perhaps you should find out where the appointment was and just go for a "walk-in" biometrics ASAP. Did you call USCIS and inquire?? Why was it sent back as undeliverable? Did your address change? I'm confused

Then I am at a loss as to any advice. I'm not sure what you can do. Maybe someone else can help. Good luck with everything though and God Bless.

Actually you can. It's been done before.

Go in, tell them you received word it was undeliverable and are concerned that you would miss your appointment. They have the ability to print your notice there and then (they might not, but they can).

Not here I saw a guy turned away yesterday because he did not have his notice. They will not let you past security doors without it.

I suspect it's the same way at the ASC in Oakland. There's a security guy sitting at a table just inside the door. He won't let ANYONE in without an appointment letter. He doesn't have access to a computer, so he'd have no way of being able to look anything up (don't know if he'd even know how to if he DID have a computer). The only thing I saw was a computer printout of everyone who had an appointment that day. If you could get past the security guy then the people at the counter are USCIS employees, and they do have computers.
