Email them back asap, give them your case number etc. It's clearly a mistake on their behalf. There's probably someone else out there who has Samuel Cody written in their email! :bonk:

Just be sweet and pleasant about it. They got my address info all mixed up. I have a post office box I get mail at. Worst case scenario I could get mail at my home address but they mixed that up, too. The lady I talked to was a little rude but I just apologized and all was fine.

You have copies of your petition and other paperwork, too, right?

7/15/11 Sent K1 Petition to Lockbox

8/10/11 STILL NO NOA1!

8/12/11 Called USCIS to get receipt number-NOA1 will be resent

8/16/11 Received NOA1 with date of 7/20/11

1/3/12 NOA2!!!

1/12/12 Got email notice we are through the NVC.

my fiance has the copy of the petition sent to USCIS, i have the copy of noa2 and the nvc email with all the info correct. i never talked to anyone from the embassy's call center. they send me emails with steps, info and question like "what would i prefer". they always replied very fast (just few hours). it seems ill get my packet 3 on thuesday but i wish i got no "Kevin" in any of my documents cause that would delay me. the embassy really feels like a matchmaking program right now LOL

I bet someone just got in a hurry to get to the golf course or family picnic or whatever that had planned later. Probably not a paperwork mix up at all. :) Sure hope they don't switch us all around. I am pretty attached to the one I got!

Hopefully this gets sorted out quickly, though it would be so cool if this Kevin Patrick was a member on Visa Journey... You could exchange vitals, and freak Sam out a little... (don't tell him I said that!)

ugh ok i dont know how to post multiple quotes from everyone so:

@MarLee: i sent them an email a while ago asking if i can prepare my documents before they get my petition from nvc, and since then they contacted me as a reply to my email, even if i didnt answer to their first answer back then. but its way easier to me than talking to someone from a call center

@bigdog: my case number is the subject of the emails always. and in the email i always put case nr from nvc and uscis, petitioner/beneficiary names and DOB

@Thea: he uses this account too..........lol XD and he already knows your my idol of evilness

@Dana-Mića: thank you :) we're waitting for this since we got togheter and i wont let anyone ruin it.

Super DeeDee in action from tomorrow !!! Tadadadammmmm
