hi im an f1 student from pakistan and im currently in a community college. my gf went back home to visit ukraine and she got her f1 visa denied twice due to not having enough ties with ukraine and having a american sponsor.she was here as an aupair and then extended her stay for a year and then later her visa expired but before that she changed her status from j1 to f1. please help me . i dont know wat are my options now . i love her alot but cant figure out wat to do. please help me . i can go for f2 or she said bout goin to canada for work but i dnt know how that works either. plz help!! thank u in advance

You have no derivative status to give your girlfriend on your F1.

Sorry, currently you have no path for her to come to the US. She must qualify on her own.

Spouse and unmarried children under 21 of a student may come to the United States in F2 or M2 visa status.

You will need to marry her in order for her to qualify for a F2 dependent.

I think he wants to know how to get a Visa for him to go to the Ukraine.
