No you cannot get your SSN. Your I-94 is expired.

You DO NOT need an SSN to file AOS. That person is lying.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Your friend is filling your head with a load of bull. Not having a SSN has nothing to do with AOS. As long you married within 90 days of entering the US is the most important thing.

You will more and likely not get your SSN until you get your approval letter for the I-485. Just AOS as soon as possible.

You don't need SSN for applying for AOS. I applied for SSN AFTER I have received my EAD card and then the IO just put in my SSN during the interview for AOS.

No! I remember applying for a SSN when my I-94 was still valid and I didn't get one (because I applied too close to the I-94 expiration date).
