Don't worry about it TJ01212011 - You are a Vermont filer so while the wait for the NOA2 is long you are going to be walking to the front of the NVC line. You still have a very good shot of coming home with your guy in October :)

Even VSC has slowed down. There are many VSC waiting in line now too, approximately 10 business days (2 weeks or more) days for VSC. VSC hasn't posted in a while. There is one person since 7/8 from both centers. And I still think that is a bogus entry. Not saying it could not be true. But just seems way out of the ordinary given no one has stated anything in the last 8 business days. Whatever is going on, it is snowballing.

K-1 Visa Timeline:

02/11/2011 - Engaged at her house by her Godmother.

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)

:ot: lol darren.. why do you have so many tickers.. I got confused with it, you even have one with a ''prediction''.. the interview date hahaha.. I just find it funny, so many :P

:ot2: but you're right on the post above.. its snowballing, NVC has my petition for 11 days now, and they told me that petition was coming already to the consulate and then changed their mind.. nothing yet, I guess so many petitions being approved it might be crashing NVC systems.. they aren't used to that lol

well things are much nicer on the other side of the fence right now either . Having an NOA2 is like having a gate in a picket fence in the middle of the yard.... you get to the other side only to find out you are still in the same yard, but no diea where in the yard you are.

I know wiating for NOA2 is hard. I know you just want it. I hop everyone gets their soon and quickly who had been waiting a long time. Taking 6 months or longer to rejoin is just awful. But right now, NVC is worse then molasses in January. Since independence day the whole thing has come to a standstill. or a trickle here and there... Be glad to be waiting for your NOA2. It just means you can actually use 90% of your alootted 16 weeks, versus losing 3 to 5 weeks in post-processing as many are doing right now. Almost 30% or more of post NOA2 is being lost.

I know you wnat, but the line you are coming to is extremely long, and getting longer.... and the front of the line just is not moving yet.

Darren, it looks like the CSC sent out a batch last week that were waiting almost a month, there are NOA2 dates from Jun22 getting from NVC now. We might be able to follow this and guess on what days that CSC sends out thier batches, like, is it once a month, every two weeks? Just have to keep an eye out for another set of NVC posts, in a week or two hopefully? That way you can determine if you have to wait close to the full month, or if you're at the half month, like some filers were earlier in the year. I know we don't plan on calling at the 5 day mark, why tie up their phones when they should be working on inputting case numbers from USCIS???

More often than that.. more like 2-3 times per week.. A bunch of people were approved Monday night and tuesday morning.. I called at 4:45 EST and my I-130 petition arrived today (not in the system yet but the initial bar code scan was done this afternoon by NVC).

I was bored one day so I configured the tickers based on know facts at the time. Hopefully they are good tickers. Some tickers will go away in time. Like when I get hte NVC and going to embassy.

Never saw that in the history I saw of CSC to NVC. I am not sure if CSC sends in batches. Have to watch as you are. I thought they sent them out each day...Hopefully things start moving soon. I just hope my "predictions" are true. But like they say, if you could predict the weather you would be a great salesperson.....

called the USCIS today..... mor ehe said she said things.... geez. USCIS says the application is shipped the DAY OF APPROVAL to the NVC. However, when I asked for a tracking number, I was unable to obtain one. USCIS does not give out this information. USCIS says you HAVE to WAIT 90 days before USCIS can investigate the status of the petition to the NVC. So NVC says to give them 10 to 15 business days, up to 20 business days. AND USCIS says to wait 90 days. ho hum.... dum dadadedum blue.... all his world was blue.....

I emailed them at the 15 (slightly before) mark.. They say the same thing. first they are looking into it, then it is "en route".. Not much to email about at this point since they say they have the paperwork. The next step requires an email but the email requires a case number which is what I am trying to get from them. The viscous circle!

From what I gather, they email you. But also what seems to be the case is that by the time they notify you, it's probably already on its way/arrived at the embassy. Perhaps they never do in some cases. The lady I talked to the other day had the cajones to tell me "you WILL receive a confirmation, you know." Okay well I WILL keep calling, sorry.

right I wished I was at the VSC instead of CSC.... this is intolerable.... 11 days since approval, and still not further along.... like taking a slow boat to china.... And in looking at the timelines... don't see much of anything for NVC and CSC dating back to 6-26 for leaving on 7/19. Not bad. But still 17 business days. Just hope it is accurate since there is not another posting to go on for CSC yet. There were 3,500 application approved in May by CSC. If the same is true of June and July. That is another 7,000 applications. It will be a lot of upset people soon....

Where are you seeing 6/26 applications getting to NVC? For I-130s I see one for 6/21 and a couple of 6/20s .. For I-129's I see one aberation but the latests seems to be 6/20... Unless there are a a slew of new updates from people tonight and this weekend we have yet another week of falling even further behind for USCIS->NVC
