well, they are processing March filers at VSC. Take the time to go through your paperwork. Verify everything you sent. Look for anything which might give you and RFE so you can be ready. I know it is hard to wait.......It was for me as well. Sad part is I have NOA2 but still not any further along. After NOA2 you spend the next 30 days waiting to schedule. then the next 2 to 4 weeks after scheduling waiting for the interview. Once you have NOZ2, it is a hurry up and wait process. Move from the front of one line, to the back of another line. So be glad you are near the front of USCIS now. Good news is the other lines take less time to go through.

K-1 Visa Timeline:

02/11/2011 - Engaged at her house by her Godmother.

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)

its ok darren, we're all dealing with it, this came more as a pay back sarcasm to some attacks on march filers. even if we have some more to wait for it, vj is surely a place where i made friends that help me and other march filers to go through another day with much joy

Not being sarcastic sorry if came across that way. People want to whine as I did. Free and happy for it. I know how it is to wait with no idea.... I am just saying right now is not a good time for NOA2. Something is broke at NVC in processing applications. Right now I feel worse in limbo then before. At least when in waiting for NOA2, I KNEW my application was at the USCIS. Now my application is neither at USCIS or recieved at NVC. Until my applications re-appears somewhere, I have no idea where I am. the sad part is this is true of most CSC people in the last 5 weeks. If you take that in total. That is about 2,500 to 5,000 applications in limbo. I know you want the approval. and I hope it comes soon. I just hope NVC is fixed by the time you get the approval. Don't want to see you sit for another month or longer wondering where the application disappeared to.

no not saying u were sarcastic, we were, not to you, but to some other people. i know what you mean, ive seen a lot of people approved since june that have problems with the nvc. yes something broke there at the beggining of june, first nvc got a break, then vermont did, last week i barely saw some approvals, and its not only the people on VJ. my fiance tried to call uscis, just like that because of curiosity, and i tell u the lines were frozen, in 1 hour he couldnt get anyone on the phone, the lines were completely blocked with calls. i dunno whats going on honestly but i hope they fix both nvc and vsc. im a patient person usually, i know ill only lose my patience around mid august when ill probably start staking people

I know the feeling, The last time I applied I was approved in 2007, and the lonliest no-mans land feel was waiting for it to get to the NVC and what made it worse is that NVC didn't get it even after 1.5 - 2 months. Contacted the embassy they don't have it contact USCIS they say we sent it out, our job is done, NVC tells me to contact USCIS. Finally I contacted my congeressman and in a matter of a week I got a letter from him and later a letter from the VSC director that they put the petition in an 'Offsite Storage Facility' hmmmm, can you say trash can, but finally they reapproved the petition again and this time it actually got to NVC!

I've alreadty ran into two cases lately, these past 2 months, where the same case happened.

So just saying watch out, you're never home free until the 'Fat lady Sings'!

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

If you really want it, you'll find a way!
