How long from NOA1 to NOA2? All VSC filers.... write your total number of days here... I know there are timelines and stats but some people do not update...that may be not as accurate... this gives a real feeling of whats goig on. I am counting 81 as of May 20, 2011

July 20, 2011 NVC Left to Consulate

July 25, 2011 Petitioner Received Letter from NVC

July 25, 2011 Consulate Received

August 18, 2011 Packet 4 Sent to Beneficiary

October 25, 2011 Interview at SDO Embassy

We are at day 72, not too far from you, hang in there, our day will be shortly approaching. One March filer was approved earlier this week, so we never know. :)

3-10-2011 - Received and processed by USCIS

3-15-2011 - Email received

3-16-2011 - "Touched"

3-18-2011 - Official NOA-1 received in mail

7-05-2011 - NOA-2 received (via email and text)

7-15-2011 - NVC received case; case# assigned

7-18-2011 - Case left NVC

7-21-2011 - Case received by the Jamaican Embassy

7-21-2011 - Sent DS-230 via email;Requested Packet 3 and confirmation of receipt to be sent via email

NEVER GOT PACKET 3

8-08-2011 - Interview date

8-08-2011 - APPROVED W/BLUESLIP (MEDICAL INCOMPLETE)

8-29-2011 - Completed medical: sent email to Embassy requesting date to drop off medical

9-01-2011 - Appt date to drop off medical, passport and DHL fee: received tracking #

9- -2011 - Received passport: time to book the ticket

10-1-2011 - POE: JFK

We sent ours in April but don't plan to count days. This will only keep your focus on the time apart. Better to focus on what you plan todo when the wait ends. Only thing I've done is set a

Monthly reminder on my phone so I know when 5 months gets here. Then I start being a pain in there arise.

hEY... I KNOW THIS AINT VERY ENCOURAGING BUT MINE TOOK 196 DAYS FROM NOA1 TO NOA2 ... HOPEFULLY URS ISNT THAT LONG,.... TRY TO FOCUS ON PREPARING.. SOMETIMES THE WAIT CAN B FRUSTRATING .. BUT ONCE UR APPROVED UR HAPPINESS WILL BE OVERWHELMING... GOD BLESS U ... AND REMEMBER WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE... ;):)

July 27, 2011: NOA2 e-mail received (9 months, 2 weeks, and 6 days (292 days) after NOA1

July 30, 2011: NOA2 hard copy

August 4, 2011: NVC received case

August 8, 2011: NVC forwarded case to US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

August 8, 2011: Consulate received case

August 25, 2011: Consulate mailed packet 3
