Well called USCIS and they were very reassuring. The agent said that they've been receiving quite a few calls all morning from people whose applications were received more than 30 days ago and for that reason and that reason alone she thinks I shouldn't worry just yet. She said if I still don't get anything from them in 2-3 weeks that would be a problem.

This seems like a long time to me, 6 weeks would have passed by then, but...?

What do you guys think? :help:

Do not worry! You are not alone... I am in the same situation. We sent our documents on the 20-th of May, and nothing... I called them, and they said, wait at least 4 week (total) and then call back (( So I just try not to think about that too much...

On June 14, 2011, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Thanks!! and yes its going pretty quickly, I think that in my case it's because I didn't apply for EAD nor AP...just patiently waiting for my green card and be away from USCIS nightmare, at least for the next 2 years :P

05-28-2011: NOA1 hardcopy received.

06-06-2011: Successful Biometrics walk-in.

07-21-2001: EAD card in production.

08-02-2011: EAD card arrived.

2007: Admitted what we both knew all along...

December 25,2008: He proposed!!!!

May 9, 2009: Got married

May 10th, 2011: Date that lawyer claimed he mailed out AOS package

July 14th, 2011: Date that lawyer *actually* mailed out AOS package

July 18th, 2011: USCIS started processing our application

July 30th, 2011: Received Biometrics Appointment (8/11/11)

August 1st, 2011: Successful Biometrics walk-in

August 3rd, 2011: Received all NOA hard copies

September 12, 2011: Card production notice for EAD (!!!)

September 13, 2011: I765 touched

September 19, 2011: EAD arrived in the mail

December 28, 2011: Received email notification of our interview date

February 1, 2012: Interview

February 29, 2012: Approval notice via email(!!!)

March 7, 2012: Card arrives in the mail (!!!)

I-765 returned to me (rejected): 07/07

New I-765 sent: 07/08

Biometrics done: 07/15

RFE- Mail: 07/28

RFE Sent back: 08/02

USCIS acknowledged RFE: 08/05

2nd I-765 rejected: 08/07

I filed on 23rd May and I have my biometrics on 23 June but they still cant pull my case status online.

05/18/2011 Petitions signed.

05/19/2011 Petitions disptached.

05/23/2011 Checks cashed.

06/06/2011 Acceptance letter received.

06/06/2011 Biometrics appointment notice received in mail.

06/23/2011 Biometrics appointment completed.

06/24/2011 I765 and I485 status successfully pulled up.

06/30/2011 I765 case status touched!

07/13/2011 I765 and I485 status touched!

07/20/2011 Interview scheduled for 08/25

07/29/2011 EAD card in hand.
