We got biometrics appt too! June 8th! Faster than I expected!

Has anyone been able to track their rcpt # on uscis? Mine is not recognized, but I got texts and emails for the NOA1's.

I was able to check mine, but it just says it is on Initial Review, it doesn't give any details.

05/16/2011: Sent I-130, I-485, I-864, I-131 and I-756 to Chicago Lockbox facility via USPS Express Mail.

05/17/2011: (Day 1): Package received and signed by S BUSH.

05/23/2011: (Day 7): Email + text confirmation for all forms.

05/24/2011: (Day 8): Checks cashed. ($1490) Ouch!!

05/27/2011: (Day 11): NOA received in the mail for all 4 forms.

05/28/2011: (Day 12): Biometrics Appointment letter in mail. Scheduled for June 22nd!

06/03/2011: (Day 18): Email/text received RFE.

06/08/2011: (Day 23): Received RFE letter in mail. Asking for Medical Form, I-693! I sent it already with my application, but I guess they lost it! :/

06/21/2011: (Day 36): Sent RFE response. CS gave me another form I-693 completed and signed.

06/22/2011: (Day 37): RFE package received in Lee's Summit, MO.

06/22/2011: (Day 37): Biometrics done!

06/24/2011: (Day 39): Email/text RFE response received and under review.

07/07/2011: (Day 52): EAD/AP approved, card production ordered.

07/12/2011: (Day 57): Another text/email saying EAD card production ordered.

07/12/2011: (Day 57): Email/text interview appt date for August 16th!

07/14/2011: (Day 59): EAD/AP arrived!!! yayy, yayyy, yayyyyyy!!! :))))

Hi... I am just wondering if it's ok. We sent our documents on the 20-th and delivery information says it was delivered on the 22 nd. But no notice from USCIS. Is it still ok? Thanks.

hey, it`s ok, i sent mine on 23rd and was received on 24th and i don`t have noa either.

hey, it`s ok, i sent mine on 23rd and was received on 24th and i don`t have noa either.

oh... I called them today (USCIS ). They said I am not in a system yet. It may take up to 30 days to get some notice((((. I am waiting for my e-mail or text confirmation. Good luck to everyone.

I called USCIS and found out our I-485 was transferred to California. I think this means we won't get RFE'd, but you never know. Still waiting on our biometrics reschedule. I hope it doesn't take too long. :angry:

No. You can still get RFE if something is missing. Transfer to CSC means that you most likely won't get an interview.

No. You can still get RFE if something is missing. Transfer to CSC means that you most likely won't get an interview.

Case in point: me!!! got RFE one month after it was sent to CSC. Hope it doesn't happen to others!

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)
