Does anyone have any suggestions on how to assemble the packet for adjustment of status??? Should I use paperclips for each section with supporting evidence, staples for tax returns, etc, flag/tab certain sections or just put a binder clip on the whole thing??? Not sure what to do! I feel like the I129F was easier to organize!!!

THANKS!

I assembled my package with a letter of submission per application along with copies of the require supporting documentation. I didn't care if it was repetition but i rather make extra copies than missing information and get an RFE. no paper clip on my part.. i didn't want an RFE to come back because a page got lost..

We used a small accordion folder for both our k1 and AOS, and labeled each flap on what was inside, and we had a cover letter for each application.. No idea if that was ideal, but they have accepted it that way ^.^

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

I stapled each forms separate pages together. Then put everything in the order the I-485 requested it (there's an AOS thread in my signature) and then put a big bulldog clip (the folding clip) on the I-485, then one on the I-131 and one on the I-765. Nothing too dramatic because they rip it apart and do it their way anyway.
