There are lots of universities that vacceot foreign students if you can afford the fees.

Start looking at schools the area you wish to live and speak to their international student officer. The fees are extraordinary but if you can afford them it is a good way to learn english. However, not all schools are recognized for the purpose of F-1 visas

Plus, to be granted an F-1 visa you'll need to show compelling ties to your home country to indicate that you MUST return. How do you intend on proving that?

Good luck

I'm confused.

In this post, you say you are a GC holder married to a USC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/305890-need-information/page__p__4616790__fromsearch__1#entry4616790

In this one, you are asking how to get a B2 visa to come visit your sister in the US: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/304545-any-ideas/page__p__4605536__fromsearch__1#entry4605536

In this one, you are asking about B2/F1 visa options for your sister: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/303610-tourist-visa-or-student-visa/page__p__4588451__fromsearch__1#entry4588451

and in this one, you are again a GC holder asking about traveling with a conditional GC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/291078-quick-question/page__p__4411800__fromsearch__1#entry4411800

So. What I can gather is that YOU, i.e. the person who created this profile, are a GC holder, living in the US, married to a USC, and your younger sister is in Morocco, and the two posts about B2 / F1 visas are actuall from your sister who is also using your profile to post on VJ.

My first advice is for you two to have your own profiles. It will make it a lot easier for people to give advice to both of you.

Secondly, I would advice your sister to start researching different universities and colleges in the area she would want to go to school in. F1 visas are issued for ESL, "English as a second language", programs as well, if that is something she would be interested in. As said before, she will have to be able to show adequate finances to fund not only her tuition but the living costs of coming to the US, and she will have to prove ties to Morocco to show that she is not intending to immigrate, but plans to return to Morocco after her studies are completed.

You do not need to go through all the Student Visa hassle just to take English classes.

I see from your other threads that you are applying for a Visitor Visa, just combine your vacation with some language classes.

If you wanted to study English, I would recommand Northern Virginia Community Virginia, in the state of VA. It is about 30 minutes from the DC.
