Raj !!!!

Cool your jets--you are driving us crazy !!!

Having said that, I certainly understand the anxiety--we are all here to help, but there is nothing you can do or we can do when you only filed in January !!!

sorry if you are driving crazy, but i am definitely since it is almost 3 months since my NOA1. so it might be "only" 3 months to you but the past 3 months have been like 3 years for me. Looks like you are in no hurry so please stop complaining if someone after you receives approval ok?

and if you look at this, lot of people have been approved in 100 or less days and the VJ list is not complete, there could be more people who are not here on VJ as well who got approval in less than 100 days so you saying 3 months (90 days) is not a lot of time is not correct since some people already got approval in this time.

I hope they did not lose my application?

My application was dated Nov 8. I just got my approval on 4/14. I did not have any touches at all. I am sure they didnt loose it, but just havent gotten to it yet. I understand how hard it is to wait. Seems like things are moving faster lately so I hope you will see your Noa2 sooner then later. Best of luck to you

No touches or approval by the 3 month mark is normal. Many people don't even get touches before approval

I'm sorry, sit tight. We waited 178 days and I counted each and every one of them!

Oh Raj !!!

You are wasting very valuable electrons, and while we are all here to help, at some point no one will read your posts at all since you don't seem to get it--how many times will you ask the same question and refuse to believe the answers which always come back the same?? I was actually hoping that your new post would be something new, but alas, here we are again.

You have regularly demonstrated that you don't have a clue--have you chased down a single approval that occurred in under 100 days to understand their unique circumstances?? Didn't think so !! If you ever do, post the results here and then compare their situation with yours to see if there is any direct comparison at all. Use your time wisely while you are waiting.

Someday you may actually need help, and by then no one will be reading your posts except newbies who can't help anyway. Do yourself a favor and think before you write.

They didn't lose

It took 3 months and 2 weeks before my first touch.. Sometimes it never shows up online.. I had another touch April 8th and it never was updated online..

I know its difficult to wait.. try and stay positive and think of the good times you shared with your spouse and know that in time you will be together...

re: what's going on

yer I-130 is in a queue.

There are other applications before it and after it.

When yer place in queue becomes NOW

then the casefile is reviewed and adjudicated.

Please wait for the queue to take it's normal course.

Queue-jumping is frowned upon, mostly.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

At 3 months, you are a long way from the end of the beginning. We all know it is a stressful process but for your own peace of mind, it's best to just set a reminder in your calendar to check the USCIS website at 5 months and try not to worry about it until then. There is nothing you can do in the meantime. Sign up for the text and email alerts and if you get an approval before this time then great, but try not to stress until this time. Even if you call USCIS, they will just tell you to wait for the 5 month mark (maybe even 6 months now).

We received our NOA2 this morning (April 18), which is 5 months and one week from when we received our NOA1 (Nov 17). It was completely radio silent the whole 5 months-- no touches, nothing-- but sit tight and know that things seem to be happening within the 5 month/6 month range right now. You'll get there!
