Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : JFK
POE Date : 2011-06-22
Got EAD Stamp :
Biometrics Taken :
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : There were no issues with JFK as far as harrasment. Being that it is a large airport it did take quite sometime to get through customs, approximately 3 hours. The only problem we have just realized is that they never gave my husband back his paperwork. Now we do not have his police clearnace or his medical. I have attempted to call the airport, but they have not return my call.

Consulate Review: Tunisia
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : June 3, 2011
Embassy Review : Everyone at the Embassy was very polite and helpful. It did take sometime for our petition to actually reach the embassy even though it arrived 3 weeks before in Tunisia. Once the embassy recieved the paperwork they were very helpful. They sent us packet 3 by e-mail and asked for only 1 form to be filled out and they would schedule the interview. Once the form was submitted we were given an interview date within 5 days. Our interview took place only 9 days after submitted requested form. Everything moved very quickly when the paperwork was recived by them.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
