Bring all supportive evidence of your

Relation and all legal documents as Originals

No fotocopies( like original birth certificate,

Divorce degree if applicable, police certificate)

All evidence of your relationship as well like

Pictures, mails, letters, airplane tickets,

Money transfers, hotels receipts... When I

Went they didn't ask me for affidavits, but

If you have that is a plus. Remember the more,

The better.

What to wear? Casual clothing, jeans and nice shirt

What to expect? The best. Be positive. Be prepared.

Check and re check all your documents before leaving.

Pray God and luck!

When my husband had his interview the CO looked at our wedding pictures and some emails. My husband and I spent the weeks leading up to the interview going over questions they might ask him. We went over about 40 questions. On the day of the interview my husband was very confident because he was well prepared.

If you look at the I-130 instructions (again)

it asks you to submit with that initial submittal a list of 6 types of evidence for 'bonafide relationship/marriage' evidence'.

That was ages ago, that initial submittal.

I hope, nay, I pray, that you've been building up this evidence over time, as it's customary to have a huge 'evidence pile' generated between the time you submitted the I-130 to the time yer spouse has an interview: the spouse has the pile ready on interview day, just it case it's asked for/about.

Here's my list -> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240 please review it, see how much of it you can generate.

and Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
