I am seeing approvals out of CSC with similar timelines as your's I suspect they are looking at your case and it is just around the corner! The touches are a good sign.

You said that same thing in another post about touching and i must disagree. Look at my timeline, touches mean nothing in the approval process. Yes, it's being worked on, but it in NO WAY suggests an approval soon.

GaryC & I had the same amount of touching in our timelines until July 8 & he is still not approved.

I haven't been "touched" since the RFE. The only thing a "touch" means is that someone is still alive and in the building at CSC.

Cynical people should stop F'in with others hope!!! This person has an early June NOA1 and we have seen CSC approve people in this time frame. Maybe not you, but other have been approved!!

SELDI You filed in VSC. Lets look at your Timeline with your remarkable patients as you waiting a whole 29 days for NOA2 approval:

06/05/06 - I-129F mailed to VSC

06/07/06 - I-129F received by VSC

06/21/06 - NOA1 received

06/29/06 - RFE received & sent back to VSC

06/30/06 - RFE delivered to VSC

07/19/06 - NOA2 date....woohooo!

You never had time to be touched! don't diss someone elses positive attitude that happens to be at CSC which YOU never experienced!

It might say newbie under my name but eventhough I don't post a lot, I'm still on here everyday checking the posts.

It's exciting to get touches but I know that doesn't necessarily mean that anything else is going to happen. There's almost no point in comparing timelines anymore because they're all over the place. I've been in touch with a guy from here that started off with the exact same timeline as me (same NOA 1, same transfer date to CSC from NSC, etc). It started to differ when he got his IMBRA RFE back to CSC faster than I did and he was approved before I even had acknowledgement of mine being received.

I even saw a couple people last week get approvals without even being touched!

There's no making sense of the CSC but for now I'll take these touches as a promising sign.
