I keep checking Igor's List since morning and still no petitions for yesterday at VSC, is this true or I don't know how to use this website anymore ?! If it is a nightmare please slap me to come to reality but if this is real we are in a huge dilemma here: did they take a break after V-Day ? Anyway even if VJ is a small percentage from the amount of K1s at VSC 0% from that amount statistically takes us very close to an overall 0% solved petitions.

Ok guys, we are 5 months and nothing happened. With this 0 petitions / day will we get NOA2 before 21/12/2012 (I want to get married before I dye) ? My lawyer said he will wait another week to do something and I am very , very .... disappointed ... and hopeless ...

If you got approved yesterday "Congrats!" and please post because I cannot handle it anymore !

 share your worries...

hope I am wrong, but looks like VSC tends to divert their attention to other stuff once they are over with one full month, like August now, like it was July back in November, which gives us 0 progress on Igor's list.

Unlike CSC did two months simultaneously... we are calling on Monday.

Good luck !

Yeah I noticed that too. I check Igor's list at least 20 times a day, even though I know I'm probably at least a month from approval. At least a ton of people seemed to get approved Monday. Hopefully yesterday was just a slump and they get back on track for the rest of the week

Do you really think they worked a lot on Monday ? I think 7 K1 petitions (well stats percentages) for lover's day is ... still close to nothing. In January I saw a day with 19 approved petitions. At that time I was hoping ... yesterday I they just cut my hopes from the roots .... 0 !

PS. I hate Igor's List now : - ) !!!!

I dont want to be mean, because I know everybody is on the same boat and we want the same thing. But I just dont understand why people that have sent their package on december 2010 or even january 2011 fillers, have already received their NOA2. Why dont they just follow the line?! There are still August 2010 fillers that have not received their approval yet. WHYYYYYYYYYY??

Its so frustrating to check Igors list. VCS is really making me annoyed.

I believe a lot of them are expedites for various reasons.

We had a Haiti expedite (not requested by them) in the January Filers group.

I think sometimes the numbers are really subjective. I'd be really happy to see seven petitions approved in a day, but I'm not at VSC. Still, try to look at it when the week finishes, not day to day. The numbers can vary a lot from one day to the next. Also, seeing one day with none doesn't mean nothing was worked on. We've had a few of those at CSC lately, too. I can explain how it works numbers/stat wise if people want to see in PMs, but I won't spam the thread.

Even so, I do hope Vermont starts to speed up their pace again.

The people here have been waiting long enough and deserve some actual service.

Ahhh, I remember that day. January 31. I think years from now we'll remember that day. We'll talk to our grand kids about the day VSC actually did so many petitions. Then apparently they were exhausted and everybody took a vacation.

I hate Igor's List too... but I can't help but keep checking.

Hang in there.

I'm guessing if we didn't see any progress on the 15th it's because that day they only processed K1's (and other types of visa applications) from people that are not part of VJ and Igor's list... true we are only a VERY TINY portion of what is actually being processed at the centers and Igor's list is only accurate if people actually update it. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on this. :luv:

"The Vermont Service Center is currently working on 08/21/2011 applications, which is 23 days away from your date of 09/13/2010. The supervisor asked that VSC be given those days to get to your application before doing a "service request".

Yes it is true. The Vermont Disservice Center did NOTHING on February 15 and did NOTHING, once more, on February 16.

Somehow, they have this delusion that SEVEN petitions on February 14 is a lot of work, entitling them to coast for (at least) two days and possibly much longer.

The last time they dropped off the deep end, January 18, it was after a long hard day of ONE approval on January 17, followed by FIVE MORE DAYS of ZERO output.

This pathetic level of non-work would get someone fired after just ONE day from any privately owned company I know of.

Yet, at the Vermont Disservice Center, it is a job well done.

There are no words to describe how totally pathetic the Vermont Disservice Center is. They are truly the failure of the century.
