i have my green card already..

my husband is the petitioner for my daughter.

the question is , if i take with me the divorce certificate , the case is gonna be ok? i didnt send divorce certificate for my case

thanks for your time

Hi Lara. Our situation is the same, my USC husband petitioning for my 2 sons, although I am now about to be USC too, done with interview and awaiting my oath-taking.

I don't see any problem in your case since you have approval already. As with NVC, since the USC husband is petitioning your daughter, you have to submit your divorce certificate in the IV packet.

Hope this helps.

Looks like everybody got their NOA-2 approvals and this forum is dead now. I am the last man standing. No NOA-2, no touch :whistle:since Nov.30, 2010, doing fantastic, pushing 7 months of wait. No worries. It will come when it will come. I will let myself know I got it on this forum and write a dozen of responses to myself with CONGRATULATIONS.

just been reading the post from this one to the end, made me smile,

but i see there are still a few of us left to rot,

i know im well over 200 days and counting,

Mace

Hi, Mace. We will stay until everyone in the spreadsheet is approved.

In our case, the last touch was Nov 30th before approval.

I sincerely hope we can ALL move up to NVC and leave the black hole. Hope you guys get your NOA2 before the end of Feb.

I'll definitely be sad to see anyone give up. Never give up hope. Especially when a loved one is involved.
