I will not wish anyone to get RFE,specially after waiting all those months.I thought lightining hit me last Monday when I saw the message from USCIS. I just mail them all the evidence from post office,USCIS is closed Monday(holiday)They should receive it by Tuesday. Hopefully approval by Friday..just dreaming.... :P

Hi, Yes this happened to me too, I got a response from Ms. Barrows yesterday telling me that my petition has been approved and that it may make today to NVC if not monday

I am so glad and grateful that i finally got this wonderful news, but I am hoping to see the status change online and the email/text alert today so i can finally break the news to my beneficiary.

Ms. Barrows is truly an angel.

Wow alot has happened this week so far. CONGRATS to all that was approved this week and to those that received their NVC case numbers and those that was sent to NVC. Sadly, I haven't received an email stating that my case was sent to NVC since my approval 2/11/11 :( :(

Emailed Badger yesterday and he replied that it will be sent to NVC immediately but received no notice or email last night :( :( :( :( I'm hoping to receive the notice or email today/tonight. How many got sent to NVC this week? 5?

I got the same email yesterday. I think their focus is on deciding the case. I think the one with approval are screwed. Everyone replied with an email saying that case will be shipped today, tomorrow or immediately. But the case is still in TSC. I do not know what is going on.

02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid
03.07.2011: IV fee shown as "paid"; AOS and IV packets sent out together via USPS Priority Mail (delivered on 03.09.2011)
03.22.2011: AVR and operator tells us we will receive an RFE
