OK guys!

I know this is a cliche of me listing what I am sending with the package but I REALLY wanna make sure I got everything I need.. I cant risk getting a RFE!!! I want my papers so I can start working lol.. ok so here is the list of what I included... let me know if I forgot something

AOS

- G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

- Check in the amount of $1,070.00 for Application fee and biometric attached to form I-485

- I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

- Two (2) passport style photos

- Birth Certificate (Copy of original and copy of certified translation)

- Copy of K-1 Visa in Passport with Entry Stamp

- Copy of Passport biographical page

- G-325A Biographic information

- I-864 Affidavit of Support under section 213A of the Act

- Bank letter and Present Balance of my sponsor

- Tax Returns

- Letter from Employer

- Pay Stubs

- Copy of I-797, Notice of Action (Approval of K-1 petition)

- Copy of I-94

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record in sealed envelope.

Request for Employment Authorization

Oh I forgot to ask, was the copy of marriage certificate certified? I read that you don't send a certified one you might get an RFE.

Oh I forgot to ask, was the copy of marriage certificate certified? I read that you don't send a certified one you might get an RFE.

No marriage cert does not need to be certified.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

looks good to me, too :) - only thing I would add is a cover letter to "explain" the purpose of this package aka "AOS for my alien souse XYZ" and to list all the forms and evidence you have attached. It's not a must thing, but it's always good to have :)

10/17/2010 - USPS confirms delivery to USCIS

10/25/2010 - Check cashed

10/26/2010 - All applications been worked on aka touched

10/28/2010 - NOA1 Receipts for applications received

11/24/2010 - Received appointment for biometrics in the mail for 12/17 *yay*

12/17/2010 - 9.25 a.m. - 9.45 a.m. Biometrics done !!

12/23/2010 - EAD Approved and Card on its way - Email notification received *yay*

01/03/2011 - WOOOHOOO ...EAD Card in Hand!

01/04/2011 - Oh boy....Received Interview Letter today - February 3rd is the day! :)

02/03/2011 - Interview scheduled 12:45 p.m. - out of there before 1:30 p.m. - further review

Coming home, checking for touches at 5:30 p.m. - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED !!!!

02/09/2011 - Yup another e-mail saying that my card production was ordered.

02/10/2011 - E-mail notification "Approval letter was sent today"

02/14/2011 - Welcome Letter / Approval NOA and Card (separate envelope) received!!! :D

Late November 2012 (have to look up my receipts ;) - mailed in ROC I-751

12/12/2012 - NOA 1, status extension received

12/18/2012 - Biometrics appointment letter received

01/08/2013 - Biometrics done

Jw, did you include any evidence of relationship? Like pictures or anything? Currently completing my package and I'm contemplating wether or not to include pictures and stuff.

Dec 30th - Bio-metrics letter in the mail

Jan 12th, 2016 - Bio-metrics completed!!

Jan 15th - RFIEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feb 23rd - RFIE response mailed back
Feb 26th - RFIE response received
March 8th - EAD/AP APPROVEDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!! (On my birthday too~)

March 16th - Card received in the mail~
May 17th - GREEN CARD APPROVED!!!! NO INTERVIEW NEEDED

May 23rd - NOA approval in the mail

May 25th - Green card in HAAAAAAAAAAAAAND

Future ROC filing date: Feb 16th, 2018

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
