As for my state - NJ - Taxes ... no surprise. It beats being worst at Gonnorrhea or Rape or AIDS or Cancer or Stroke or Crime or Alcoholism....

In Vermont, we are terrible at committing crime. Lowest crime rate in the country. We are also terrible at polluting our environment. And we completely stink up the place when it comes to Global warming. -24 F yesterday! I wish we were better at Global warming.
