October 5th-Recieved NOA for AOS & EAD

October 9th-Recieved biometrics app letter

October 22nd-Biometrics app

November 5th-Recieved RFE

November 22nd-Sent evidence

November 27th-Touched-Case resumed

November 30th-Touched

December 17th-Transferred to CSC

January 7th 2008-EAD card ordered

January 16th-EAD card in my hot little hand!

January 22nd-Green card ordered!!!!!

January 28th-Green card in my hand!

I-130 petition in DCFR Tokyo: March 14th 2004. Case reffered to DHS USCIS

Four visits to japan in 2004: Oct 2004, wife got pragnant.

Wife/Fiance left USA and moved into Japan: Feb 5th 2005.

Baby Born: June 24th 2005(Japan)

I-130 denied: July 17 2005(Divorce was declared not valid)

Refiling Divorce: oJuly 17th 2005 NY State.

Divorce granted: Nov 17th 2005

K-1 application: Mar 1st 2006

Approval: May 23rd 2006

US consulate RFE: June 15th 2006

FRE sent (Original passports, birth certificate, all origional docs): July 10th 2006

Medical: Oct 11th 2006.

Interview: Nov 10th 2006(expected)

I know you are happy and all, but there are a lot of frustrated people on this board that probably would view your comment as bragging. Maybe you should keep that stuff in check and consider others that have been waiting for four months or more.

I would like to ask if there's a race issue going on at USCIS.Are applications from european countries being treated faster than than from african countries or what?I noticed something that's why i asked and i hope i don't get anyone offended.I have nothing against any race or country,i am black and my fiancee is white and i guess that speaks for itself.Also i say that USCIS are now processing applications submitted on Feb 23.How come?Thanks and good luck to us all
