not working either still. did you try calling uscis and what response they gave you?

We called USCIS a month after our NOA1 and they confirmed that our papers are in the system. And there's nothing much that we can do but to wait for NOA2 hard copy... Well, it sucks but we're left with no choice..

Yes. Our receipt number isn't working. We're 2 months in the journey now and we already called USCIS regarding our receipt number not showing on their website. They said it's normal and if you already read the other thread in this forum, a lot of people can't view their case online too. All we can do is just to wait for the hard copy.

I would not depend on that site for progress. We got approved in Oct 2010 and the wife already got her Visa and is now here in the states,,,yet the site still say's in Review!!

Hi all!! New to VJ - glad I stumbled across this site. Great to be able to read about other people going through the same things as my husband and I!

USCIS received our I-130 on the 1st December...Notice Date 9th December 2010. Now for the wait for approval (fingers crossed)!

Good luck to everyone else...fingers crossed for quick processing for you all too!

On December 19, 2010, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators

If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs taken. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants ahead of you that also need a biometric appointment. We try to schedule biometric appointments as quickly as possible and in most cases you will receive your appointment notice within 30 days of submitting your application. We will send your appointment notice approximately 14 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. It is important that you keep this appointment. If absolutely necessary, you can request that your appointment be rescheduled however, please be aware that rescheduling may delay the processing of your application. Please follow the instructions on your appointment notice if you need to reschedule. Occasionally, you may receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints taken when you have filed a form other than those listed above. In these situations, you may receive your appointment notice more than 30 days after submitting your application or petition.

It says nothing else about dates or anything but atleast it doesn't say Rec. number not found LOL You know what I did? I called and bugged! like all of you...and I got an e-mail out of the person I talked to because this is suppose to be a glitch I asked if I could talk to a webmaster...hehe and they gave me and e-mail address and I wrote and complained I will give you all the e-mail and maybe yours can get moved along too! it is

Hope other people get this tad bit of good news too! (btw after that e-mail it took two days for this to show up)

Hooray, the website FINALLY recognizes our case number!!!

A USCIS Customer account has been created, our case has been linked into it, and Email Alert for that case is turned ON!!!

One more thing - I never called or emailed USCIS, I just waited. The wheels of bureaucracy grind slowly, but surely - I knew that if we waited patiently, our case would show up!

Since our case arrived December 6th and Daria8885's case arrived December 19th, it's a good bet that ALL the December cases are being loaded into the website at once, and that basically all of us should have our cases visible now. Is anyone still NOT seeing their case? If not, what was your filing date?

how come the processing dates moving backwards for CSC in Imigration Timeline for I130 (NAO1 TO NAO2)? THIS IS GETTING ME WORRIED.... FEW DAYS AGO THEY WERE SHOWING OCT 7TH 2010 AND TODAY SEP 24TH !!!! DID ANY ONE TAKES A LOOK AT THIS?
