That's' right...line jumper...I dont play by the rules, I just figure out how to bend them, lol.

EP is electronic processing..it's supposed to make things go faster...scan your documents in and such..email them, such as you have Richi. Less physical paperwork the better for them I believe.

Thanks for all the congratulations. Yes, as you can tell from the forums..I've been starting to lose it here lately. StepDaughter is going into the hospital this coming Wednesday...we'll just see for how long. And my son keeps telling me on the phone to come back..he's only 3.5 years old.

Hopefully the hard part is over, but at least I know now that I can do another 3 or 4 months standing on my head. Holidays will make things go quickly. God bless to all, speedy approvals and positive energy...

Congrats!!!

Yes, Canadian Red Neck is APPROVED after the long wait & frustration of his expedite request

He was approved on Nov 1st and will be moving to lightning NVC!

CRN, I think you should more concentrate for Montreal Consulate expedite, because it is taking longer time.

NVC can be done fairly quickly. Even without expedite, I finished it in 18 days.

We will have PM on this matter!

thank you Tbone..well I know from Canada EP is available..but I think my attorney has to handle all that, he's got all the money to pay the fee's., lol

Does he have some plan to pay the fees via the online payment portal, or no? (Not EP related, btw)

i've already looked into it...but he's got the money...to make the payments..we paid him his retainer fee of $4000...he said if we get the CR1..it'll save us $1500...so he's got the fee's already sitting there..once it's all done, we'll get $1500 back.

IME, it isn't about the money - it's about the process.

IF he doesn't know about the two processes, then yer gonna wait a bit.

Waiting sucks, much.

Surely a simple 'check in' with the attorney is useful, yes?
